If you didn't put coins in the SD card slot and a pair of lips pop out of your DS708 and give you BJ , nothing illegal happened.  What happened that was illegal was after the free update period was over and you forgot to turn off  the DS708 WIFI , it will still try connect to the server in China and will contract something into it that will corrupt or disable your tablet software in short order, and that is what should be illegal!
